Our flight to Vancouver went very well. The girls were great. Mackenzie coloured and Breeana slept. We couldn't ask for more:)
Our hotel was in a great location. Right by the beaches! Upon our arrival we set out to discover our neighbourhood. It was great. Surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and the like. Only a short walk to the beach and a nice distance to Stanley Park and the Aquarium.
We definately understand why Vancouver is one of Canada's crown cities. However, the high point of our stay was to finally meet Fraser and Sarah. It was so nice to finally meet the couple with whom we had been corresponding, planning and chatting over the last 12-18 months. They are even nicer than we thought! Some may even say that Fraser and Michael look like brothers... we will let you decide!
Over the 5 days that we were there, we explored the Beaches, Gas Town, Stanley Park, the Aquarium, Grousse Mountain, etc. We enjoyed good food but most of all great conversation and great company. We definately tried to cover off as many topics, issues and concerns as we could in the few days that we had with Fraser and Sarah!

Hey guys!! I love the blog! Please keep it up it helps me not to miss you all so much! I have been looking into tickets and still say a prayer that I will somehow find the cash to meet you all on the other side of the world! Yes, the world Mike and not just on the darkside!
