As most of you know, in Gatineau we see construction sites from our place... not mountains and rolley hills. So we couldn't understand why people would smile and look at us funny when we talked about the beautiful view from the house here.
Well we finally understood why everyone here would smile. We had the good fortune to be invited to a colleague's house at Whangerei Heads, only 20 minutes from home. We'll let the pictures speak for themselves!
